Varsity Blues

Jacket: Ross, Dress: Walmart, Boots: Pacsun, Earrings: Icing

I have a terrible habit of buying trendy pieces, (Like this varsity jacket), and only wearing it once or twice. Today, however, I found that it was perfect for keeping me warm inside the meat locker that is my school. It allowed me to look cute and ready for spring, but still stay comfortable.

On another note, I finally got the remote for my camera, and I'm still trying to work it all out, so pay no mind to the selfies. I was just very excited.

Two for Twenty!

      My mom and I were grocery shopping the other day, when we came across a great sale! Shoe Carnival was selling select boots at ten dollars a piece, and of course I couldn't resist. I was actually amazed at how great of a deal it was, considering both boots had been originally seventy dollars each. Needless to say, I was ecstatic, and I felt the need to share it here on my blog. Moral of the story: great sales can happen anywhere, anytime, so be prepared.

Chevron and Dragons

Blazer: Thrifted, Dress: Ross, Shirt: Imagine Dragons, Necklace: Icing, Boots: Pacsun 

 I wore this outfit a couple days ago, and now I'm seeing that it was probably the last time I'd wear tights in a while. None the less, I really loved the juxtaposition between the chevron dress and the Imagine Dragons t-shirt. I felt sort of rebellious in a way.

(Also side note, my dad was felling artistic, and decided that the orange handle on the shovel added a bit of color to my monochromatic outfit. He truly is something.)
